Making This A Memorable Event

Half Marathon Pacers - Bus 21 km

Sameer Devalekar - 2:00 hrs

My Running journey started in Jan 2014 when a friend urged me to take up running to lose some extra kilos.
Since then running has kept on motivating me to take up fresh challenges every day. Last 3 and half years have been thoroughly enjoyable as I kept on discovering new running milestones. My first half marathon was a 2 hour 25 minute attempt at the Hiranandani thane HM in Feb 2014. Having never run more than 9k at a single stretch, I enjoyed it amidst pain and agony. Consistent running and cross training has helped me achieve a current Half Marathon Best of 1:45:52 in the same event this year.
In my short journey, I have run 11 Half marathons, around 15 10 ks and 2 Full marathons. My 10 k personal best is 42:59 in Run India Carnival March 2017 and it would be a great privilege for me to help you beat the 55 minute mark in the Mirchi Monsoon Challenge 2017.We will do it with simple gentle even splits to give you enough energy for a strong finish. Hope you achieve your personal best on this course.
Looking forward for you to join my Bus on 6th August.

A Corporate Job and an Ex National Level Sprinter in 100, 200 & 400 meters Track & Field Event turned Marathon runner meet Sanjit Chakraborty. His company enrolled him for 2013 SCMM Half Marathon & suggested him to try running for fitness & to build endurance and thus his affair with running long distance started. First attempt at SCMM 2013 was at 2:26 of course without any training. His dedication for running became more and thought of getting trained with proper guidance. He joined Coach Daniel Vaz & Melwyn Crasto (who incidentally was fellow runner in his sprinting days) in Borivili National Park.
He graduated from Half Marathon to Full Marathon. His immediate goal is to qualify & run Boston 2019. He dreams to make a strong finish at Comrades - The ultimate human race in South Africa and become an Ironman someday. He has completed Full Marathons- 6nos, 25kms- 2nos, Half Marathons- 22 nos. & 10 kms – 5 nos.
He loves cycling and does cycling as a cross training. He doesn't want to stop at running itself. He firmly believes that BNP's training route, support from his mentors, running buddies at Road Burners and guidance from NRC has helped him become a strong runner that he is today.
For him running is nothing less than meditation. Morning run fuels him for taking on the daily challenges at work place. Running gives, him the best of ideas. He is very encouraging and if you stick around him, he will make sure you finish the distance comfortably in the stipulated time.

Neha Lodha - 2:15 hrs

Hi, I am Neha Lodha, a Home maker. Started running for fitness around 3 years back. Running has since become a passion.
I enjoy running as it allows me to go into solitude (getting much need "me time"). As I got better, I started competing in Marathons & have eventually started getting good results. Pacing is the next logical progression, as it allows me to support fellow runners & give back to the running community (from which I have gained so much).
My mantra in life is to work wholeheartedly towards ones goal, while being in a happy space. The results would eventually come. Although, I have ran quite a few miles in the last 3 years, here's the count of official events that I have competed in
Full Marathon: 3 (Best Time: 4:14:35)
25 KM Run: 2
Half Marathon: 14 (Best Time: 1:55)
12.5 KM Run: 1
10 KM Run: 12 (Best Time: 0:55)
I will be the 2 hour 15 min pacer for 21kms run at the #HiranandaniThaneHalfMarathon 2018. The strategy is to maintain an even pace and within 2 hours 15 min's all while having a smile on your face & spring in your steps.
Hop onto my bus to accomplish your dream of sub 2:15 half marathon finish. Yes, it would be challenging & tiring, but then it is also guaranteed to be fun & memorable as well.

Gaurav Bhardwaj - 3:00 hrs

Started running in 2013 to burn the fats that I gained after quitting my Football Team during college days.
Participated in timed runs from 2014 and got addicted to Running Half Marathons, 10ks n other distances.
Also, I love clicking the moments when we run so I am also known as a Running Clicker So far I have completed 3 timed Marathons, 20 timed Half Marathons and several timed and non timed 10ks.

I enjoy running and always aim to finish strong to stay fit and healthy. I don't run to better my timings (thats an automatic side effect if u train & run well) but those who targets time, I'm ready to pace them and have officially paced in the past for distances like 25k, 21k and 10k.

I am ready to pace again for 3hrs HM bus on 11th February, 2018 at HTHM. This is the event where I started as a Runner with a 3hrs bus and now got an opportunity to pace the 3hrs bus
Thanks for the opportunity team YTCR
